Hotel rooms have been secured for all attendees. Upon your arrival, please check-in according to the hotel's policies. Christ Culture Australia Ltd cannot be held responsible for the safety of your belongings. We advise against bringing expensive items to the event. Please utilise the safety locker for storing your valuables and remember to keep your room locked whenever you are away.

I, the undersigned, certify that I am the parent / legal guardian of the below named child/ children. That I have full legal authority to provide consent for my child’s participation in the convention Connect in Christ 2026.
I hereby give my consent for the above mentioned child/children to participate in the activities of the convention, which may include, but not limited to spiritual talks, group discussions, prayer sessions, recreational activities, and any other activities organised by Christ Culture.
I understand that all reasonable safety precautions will be taken by Christ Culture Australia (the organizers of the event) for the event. However I acknowledge that the possibility of unforeseen hazards and risks still exists, and I agree to hold a harmless and indemnify Christ Culture Australia from any and all liability claims or demands arising from my child’s participation in the event.
In the event of medical emergency, I authorise the organisers to seek medical treatment for my child as deemed necessary. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me before initiating any medical treatment. I agree to be responsible for any expenses incurred for the medical treatment.
I grant permission for my child to be photographed or videographed during the Connect in Christ Convention and for these images to be used in related promotional materials including Christ Culture websites and social media pages, without compensation and without further approval.
